Paper proposal

I have decided to go with the speeding ticket idea. I think I have changed the most from that experience and since the event didn't happen all that long ago it is still fresh in my mind! I can still remember what the cop said to me! I also remember the dreadful half hour meeting with the DOT officer. She got done yelling at me as well as my parents in fifteen minutes...looked at the clock and started all over again since her half hour was not up. I remember how going thirty days without my license after waiting sixteen years to be independent enough to drive! Finally, I remember when I actually told my parents about my ticket...they weren't even mad! I just had to pay the $146.00 ticket on my own.
